GOVERNING LAW

Any action initiated shall be brought either in the state or federal courts located in Santa Fe County and the customer expressly consents to this jurisdiction. If any provision of these terms of use shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from this agreement and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
